How does it work?

Pay the planning session fee in our web store.
We will e-mail you additional questions concerning the details of your rig and suggestions for a session date.
During our session, we will delve deeply into what types of sounds you’re looking for, decide on the order and layout of your effects, choose a power supply, and make a plan for the cabling.
At the end of the session, you will be given a price quote for your pedalboard. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the plan.
If you are happy with the results of our session, we'll charge you the mutually agreed total cost of your pedalboard and start building it immediately.
Your new pedalboard will be ready for you within seven (7) days from the planning session.

The planning session will be held either at our headquarters or via Skype, depending on your location. Usually, pedalboard planning takes from 1 to 2 hours. We’re not super strict about the time frame, but we feel that if a session drags on for too long, decision making tends to get more complicated, and concentration will slip.
